Project Manager/Producer

YOU: IFactory seeks senior Project Manager/Producer for web based solutions leading engineers, designers, and HTML production personnel on standard marketing web sites, data management solutions, and XML based publishing applications.
Position requires:
- 3 to 5 years of demonstrable web project management experience
- strong requirements gathering and pricing capabilities
- experience with leading development management processes
- budget and schedule management experience
- the ability to define multi-track project plans
- strong knowledge of stress, regression, functional testing, documentation and QA standards
Successful candidates will have managed six figure budgets integrating data from a variety of sources and platforms for web based input, display, search and reporting and will have experience defining user requirements, use-case scenarios, storyboards, and navigational prototypes prior to actual development.

Front-End Web Developer
We are looking for a front-end web developer to join our team. This position is full time.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Update and maintain websites for a number of our clients.
- Translate design mockups into XHTML pages.
Required skills:
- Knowledge of CSS, XHTML and creating table-less websites
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, and image optimization for web
- Able to hand code XHTML in a non-WYSIWYG environment
- Able to code HTML/XHTML which validates against current Web Standards
- Able to code to meet various levels of accessibility compliance (i.e. 508, WAI Priority 1 & 2)
- Understanding of cross-browser and cross-platform issues.
Nice to have:
- Experience with JavaScript, PHP, DHTML, AJAX, or any other fashionable acronyms.
- Experience with Eclipse is a plus.
- Previous experience working in an agency with multiple clients/projects preferred.

Web Application Software Engineer
