Struggling to Convey Brand Value Online
Manhattanville College has a strong reputation for social justice and mobility. However, they struggled to define their unique brand characteristics and weren’t quite able to translate the value of their small, inclusive community online. In student interviews, we heard that students struggled to navigate the website and were often unable to locate services that were relevant to their needs. They also noted a lack of excitement around the site.
Our mission was to create a new website that distilled the Manhattanville College branding strategy and created excitement, while also improving usability, flexibility, and enhancing the student experience.

The new site puts a stamp on the updated college branding strategy and welcomes all prospective students into the community.
